All fees and costs are due at the time of purchase. You agree to pay all value added, sales and other taxes. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.

Proper Use SeizetheDay.com is a Seize the Day, Inc. product. Seize the Day, Inc. products are intended for use solely by the individual that accesses our website or, in the case of Seize the Day, Inc. products offered for sale, by the individual that has purchased the product. You may access and use the materials provided in Seize the Day, Inc. products, and download and/or print out a copy of the materials, solely for your personal use. Security To access some of the Seize the Day, Inc. products, we require that you provide us with information about you. In some instances you will also be given account numbers and access codes, such as a unique User Name and password. You are responsible for all activity conducted using your account numbers and access codes. Special Pricing With the use of a special pricing code (or promo code) general admission tickets can be purchased for $4.95 per person or $19.95 for any size group. Promo codes can be found on Seize the Day advertising, such as direct mail brochures, radio or newspaper ads, online ads, letters or emails.

When going through the ticket purchase process either online on by phone, participants are encouraged to enter a promo code to secure the advertised prices. If a promo code is not entered, attendees may be charged $99.95 per person for general admission.

Each event offers a limited number of tickets, based on venue. Several seating upgrade options are available for purchase. Prices vary according to stage proximity. Once ticket levels are sold out, they are gone. To secure premium seating, especially for large groups, it is recommended that tickets be ordered well in advance; some sections will sell out faster than others.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Seize the Day, Inc., its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees), or other expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of or from (a) your breach of these Terms of Use or other terms applicable to your use of Seize the Day, Inc. products; (b) any allegation that any materials that you submit to us or transmit to us infringe or otherwise violate the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property or other rights of any third party; and/or (c) your activities in connection with any Seize the Day, Inc. product.

Termination Each of us can terminate our relationship with the other by discontinuing business with the other. Miscellaneous These Terms of Use and any other agreement between Seize the Day, Inc. and you is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States of America, without regard to principles of conflicts of law.
